This is a trade opportunity, that allows you to train for a living wage career. We are looking for those that want to make money to live, and enjoy having some independence in their day. Follow your preset appointment schedule with a scheduling team to assist.
You will work with dogs and cats; bathing, comb outs, haircuts and nail clips in a heated and airconditioned Mercedes Sprinter equipped with a full salon. Many will be recurring appointments that you look forward to seeing and they look forward to seeing you! Our customers are great too!
Paid groomer training and all tools provided to get you started on your grooming career.
We offer competitive commissions pay, tips and bonuses, holiday pay, paid time off and Medical/Dental Benefits! Typical annual comp ranges between $75k-$100+ for fulltime groomers. Fulltime shifts of 4 days, up to 10 hours, most complete their day within 9hrs and have 3 days off each week.
We are a luxury service to our clients and our groomers are among the most highly compensated in the industry. Our groomers enjoy their days!
Responsibilities Include:
Cultivate an ongoing relationship with pets and their owners by providing exceptional customer service and dog & cat grooming, to include:
Nail trimming
Full Bathing
Drying, brushing and trimming
Full-body style cuts
Mat removal and shave downs
Provide high quality grooming while our scheduling team maintains fills your schedule and books your appointments!
Drive a customized washing station on wheels - a newly updated Mercedes Sprinter van!
Qualifications:
Have comfort and desire to work around cats and dogs safely.
Attention to detail and time management skills important.
Good communication skills with peers, customers and schedulers.
Self-motivated to learn new skills, committed to training and new career as a Pet Groomer.
3-year clean driving record a plus.
Hours per week: 4 days, 10hrs, allowing 3 days off. Monday through Saturday available.

Compensation: $6,250.00 - $9,000.00 per month
